According to the report, in the Brisbane metropolitan area, the median unit price decreased 8.6% from one year to the next until June.
Unit prices in the capital are at "2013 levels", a figure below their record level of 2015, according to Eliza Owen, a research analyst at the field.
However, prices are expected to melt this year with the end of the slowdown in the unit segment, Owen said.
"The lists of units are also moderating, which should reduce the downward pressure on prices," she said.
