The truth is that a high cash investment is not suitable for everyone; if you earn a high income, for example, adding another income stream could make you pay more taxes. In this case, a property with strong prospects for capital growth may be more appropriate. Ask yourself these questions to determine if high performance is really your top priority:
Are you already paying a high tax amount? If so, a negative gearing strategy may be more appropriate.
Do you want to work less and live on rental income? A high yield property could help you achieve this.
