Lisa Claes has always been a jack of all trades. Her unusual background has led her to become the youngest woman to be a lawyer in Queensland and to hold the same position today, as CEO of the CoreLogic analysis and data giant.
"Although I had to master many skills as I progressed through the ranks of my career, I found that one of the most important, although minimized, is the power of personal impact "says Lisa.

Inspiration: His grandmother, who has lived for nearly 100 years in the far north of Queensland, on an isolated sugar cane farm. "She was a brilliant seamstress, crocheting and embroiderer," says Lisa.
The fact that she was the best version of herself was largely related to her longtime interest in fashion design, a passion inspired by her grandmother, who was a qualified seamstress.
"During my university studies, I was an impoverished law student who could not afford any form of sewing" off the rack "and I had to choose the" make-to-measure "option. So I taught myself to design and sew, "she says.
Nowadays, Lisa's home is full of fashion books and is inspired by brands like Gucci and Prada. She continues to create her own bespoke outfits and likes nothing more than exploring new fabrics and ideas.
"The best bazaar for dressed clothes is in China at Lo Wu; it's a full-sized floor of an AFL field, stuffed with millions of exquisite fabric rolls. A good day takes 50 minutes by train, leaving from Hong Kong and returning with exquisite fabric loops from China. I dream of the possibilities to the rhythm of the train – which are infinite! "
