Our judges selected the winners in three distinct categories.
First, the strategic investor: he is a person who has been investing for some time and who has developed sound strategies for creating wealth and success through real estate.
Then comes the new investor: with this award, we recognize and celebrate the achievements of a relatively new investor in real estate and active for five years or less.
And finally, our investor Reno: a person (or a team) who took advantage of the renovation to improve its real estate profits. This award pays tribute to those who bring a little sweat equity to their trip.
Do not forget that this competition is not just about the performance of a portfolio in monetary terms; investing is never so simple.
