Commercial property sales in Adelaide increased significantly in the quarter to July 2019, according to new CoreLogic data.
The data revealed 40 sales of a total of $ 442 million, an improvement over the quarter of April 2019.
According to CoreLogic, the 12 months to July 2019 recorded 78 sales for a total of $ 941.5 million, up from the previous year's figures.
