Fifteen years ago, I worked as an unskilled laborer in a warehouse in Artarmon, Sydney, with an annual salary of $ 35,000. I do not really feel like I have done something extraordinary or have achieved something that no one else could realize. On the contrary, I am convinced that most people could reproduce what I did, but the reality is that very few people will ever do it.
For me, it all started with a plan that I developed about 20 years ago. I decided that I wanted an expensive British car built by hand, a good place to live and where it is possible to spend money to burn. I followed the plan, which was to reinvest all the growth of my shares in real estate, until after 12 years of investment, I could start having access to cash to finance my lifestyle.
The results obtained by our investors by following our real estate recommendations speak for themselves. The last 12 months have been fantastic. Our customers who have purchased products on the Sunshine Coast have all realized a significant increase in their purchase prices, and our investors in Geelong are expecting growth of up to $ 100,000 in a relatively short period of time.
