Crystal believes that ambition and experience are the two things that make women successful in property.
"I think women make fantastic investors – you must definitely be motivated because it is a very competitive industry, but it builds your credibility as a serious and successful investor in the eyes of others once you're about to do the renovations yourself, talk to the agents and trades or make critical decisions on your own base every time, ”she says.
"The biggest impact of being a woman in the industry is the ability to show other women that they can do it too." They don't need to feel intimidated by the idea of ??playing a role in a highly male dominated and stereotypical industry. »
Luckily married with a young girl and another baby on the way, Crystal shows other women that it is possible to be a leading investor and an involved mom.
