The positive streak of Adelaide continues as its low real estate prices and the growth potential of this city attract interstate investors and beyond.
"Investors are currently flocking to Adelaide from all over Australia and the world due to lower purchase prices and better rental yield opportunities. Combining that with the fast-growing pockets of the metropolitan area, you really can't go wrong if you make the right informed purchase, "said Katherine Skinner, director of National Property Buyers SA.
The slow increase in the real estate supply has contributed to strong competition between buyers of quality housing.
"The supply has not grown rapidly as we all expected; although we have seen a steady increase in stock, it is below normal for the spring season in many regions, "says Skinner.
“Due to the high demand for quality stocks, we see many uncontrollable results on the day of the auction. It comes down to competitive home buyers, particularly homeowners, looking to get in the door. "
